Transition to the Caribbean Leadership Programme, Caribbean Centre for Development Administration

July 31 2019 - by The Caribbean Leadership Project

The Caribbean Leadership Project ends July 31, 2019, and we will be fully under the Caribbean Centre for Development Administration (CARICAD), commencing August 2, 2019. The project was a resounding success, surpassing many of its targets -

296 leaders trained in 12 Cohorts, development of a vibrant alumni and community of practice, four (4) Leadership Development Programmes and six (6) workshops developed and designed,  five (5) research outputs - including our online Enabling Environment for Leadership Assessment Tool and Toolkit, and a sustainable Caribbean Leadership Programme under CARICAD.

Under the CARICAD umbrella, Leadership Development programming began in 2018 and to date (July 2019) we have trained 140 leaders. These include senior leaders in the Senior Leadership Development Programme for the Government of St Lucia, leaders in Caribbean Statistics Offices, secondary school principals and deputy principals in Barbados and participants from two (2)  intakes of our Leading Change and Transition workshop.
Do check our website (which remains the same) -, as well as our social media pages - for our location, contact information, and on-going leadership development opportunities. We will also continue our regular blogs, webinars, and support of our Continuous Learning and Development Network (CLDN), and the Caribbean Learning and Development Specialists (CLDS) Network.
Watch this space for more updates as we continue to LEARN, NETWORK, SUCCEED.
